A14 (FEN DRAYTON) DEPOT WITH DEVELOPMENT LAND COMES TO THE MARKET

Barford + Co and Cheffins have announced their joint appointment to market a substantial site and property just off the A14 at Fen Drayton, St Ives.

The 3 acre site comprises an existing building of approximately 10,689 sq ft made up of warehouse/industrial space with offices and cold stores. There is planning permission in place for a new build of approximately 12,500 sq ft and around 1.6 acres of grassed land without planning permission.

The whole site is available at a Guide Price of £650,000 although consideration will be given to a sale of just the existing property or the property with the development land.
