The Dogs Trust charity shop is a new feature on St Neots market square thanks to Brown & Co Barfords, who worked on behalf of a private client to secure a lease agreement with the national charity.
The premises at 34 Market Square, St Neots provide a high quality retail space for the charity. Forming part of the Grade II listed building, the new shop offers a key town centre position in this ever popular market town. The
shop, which opened on Friday 16th March is set to sell a variety of second hand products; ranging from furniture and electrical goods to clothing, toys and accessories. The charity’s East Anglian Dog Training School has already been based in the town for a year.
Speaking about the recent letting, Tim Davies at Brown & Co Barfords said: “We are proud to have successfully acted on behalf of our client in negotiating this prime retail space, with an agreeable lease for both parties and in a very quick timescale. As a trusted charity already undertaking a considerable amount of work in the region, we are confident this new shop for Dogs Trust will help to further grow their presence in the area; whilst providing a new shopping outlet for the St Neots community.”
The letting of commercial property is a core part of the Brown & Co Barfords offering; with its commercial agency team benefiting from significant experience and expertise in selling and letting commercial premises and land throughout Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire. Brown & Co employs over 240 staff and operates from 12 UK offices, largely in East Anglia and the East Midlands. As part of the wider Brown & Co portfolio, the St Neots office now benefits from the addition of architectural services, residential agency, agricultural land agency, auctions and advice on renewables.
