PLANNING PERMISSION SECURED FOR THE ERECTION OF HOUSE ON THE FULBOURN VILLAGE EDGE AND WITHIN THE VILLAGE CONSERVATION AREA

Acting on behalf of the landowners, Barford+Co - the St Neots based Chartered Surveyors and Planning Consultants, has successfully secured planning permission for the erection of a detached house within the rear garden of No. 5 Doggets Lane, Fulbourn.

The property has a 100m long rear garden and although the rear area is outside of the village boundary, South Cambridgeshire District Council agreed with the case presented by Barford+Co that the proposal would enable a well related and sensitive development without harm to the conservation area or trees within the garden.
