The Vandersanden Group, a family-run company and trend-setting manufacturer of quality facing bricks, brick slips and pavers, is working from its first UK premises thanks to a letting by Barford+Co.

In letting suite 1 at Unity House at Compass Point Business Park in St Ives, the Vandersanden Group now offers a UK showroom; building on its existing portfolio of showrooms in Belgium, the Netherlands and France.

Vandersanden’s Operations Manager Marco Solberg works across Europe and was responsible for sourcing the premises for the group’s first UK location. With Marco not being based in the UK, and with this being the group’s first physical venture in the country, it was important to Marco to find a commercial partner that understood their position and concerns.

Marco commented: “We are hugely excited to grow our business with a UK showroom - and thanks to Barford+Co, we have a property that perfectly meets our needs as we establish a base in the UK for the first time.”
