Huntingdon is fighting fit thanks to the opening of a gym at the Stukeley Business Centre in the town, announces St Neots based surveying and planning practice Barford + Co.

The former industrial premises were marketed by Barford + Co to a variety of businesses with the potential for change of use, with new tenant See More Fitness converting the unit into a fully equipped fitness studio with high spec equipment.

Having been open now for a couple of months, See More Fitness, owned and managed by founder Luke Seymour, is busy keeping the people of Huntingdon fit and healthy thanks to a mix of weight loss bootcamps, workouts including crossfit, boxing, pilates, and personal training.

Luke has also recruited additional fitness instructors to join the team and keep up with demand for classes and bootcamps.

James Price is Commercial Agency Negotiator at Barford + Co and negotiated the letting of the unit to See More Fitness, he said: “This unit at the Stukeley Business Centre was ideal for Luke Seymour’s new business venture as it provided sufficient space for him to convert it into his ideal studio, as well as providing ample parking spaces for clients, which is often difficult in a town centre location.

“The conversion of this unit is a great example of how former industrial premises can be developed for alternative uses and we are always happy to discuss potential conversions and changes of use with clients to help them find they right property for their business.

“We are delighted that See More Fitness has been such a success and we look forward to seeing how the business develops.”
