A firm providing vehicle fleet routing and dispatch software to taxi operators and local authorities has relocated to new offices in St Ives to reflect the bright future of the company, with St Neots based Chartered Surveying and Planning Practice Barford + Co brokering the deal.

DDS Digital Dispatch, which operates globally, was based in Bar Hill in Cambridge since 1992, when the industry looked very different in terms of the technology used to communicate between fleets of vehicles and the main operator, requiring a certain specification of office.

Now, with many operators embracing DDS’ latest cloud based software, the company decided to start looking for new, bright, clean and modern offices along the A14 corridor of Cambridgeshire that would reflect the advancement of the technology.

Just recently, DDS moved into the ground floor of LDH House, high quality office premises on the prestigious St Ives Business Park.
