Barford + Co are reporting increased levels of activity on industrial units in Ramsey.

In the last month, Unit 6, St Mary’s Industrial Estate has been let to a private individual who was looking for secure storage in the locality. The property totalled approximately 684 sq ft and was let on a three year lease at a rent equating to £5.70 per sq ft exclusive.

Unit 19, Stocking Fen Road has just been sold to Clancy Plant Hire Ltd. The property comprised 4,849 sq ft of industrial space with offices and mezzanine storage on a total site area of almost half an acre.
